Dinner Entrees

Plated Entrees

All meals are served with choice of salad, fresh baked rolls, choice of starch, vegetables, one dessert, and coffee service

 Surf n’ Turf $29.95
 A 6 oz. petit filet mignon finished with demi glace accompanied by two crab stuffed jumbo tiger shrimp finished with pesto butter. Served with choice of starch and vegetable.

 Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon $27.95
 Seared 8 oz. filet mignon finished with a red wine demi glace and served with choice of mashed or roasted potato and choice of vegetable

 Roast Prime Rib $25.95
 Fresh rosemary rubbed prime rib slow roasted to medium rare. Served with au jus and horseradish cream sauce, mashed or roasted potato and choice of vegetable

 Roast Sirloin of Beef $24.95
Fresh rosemary rubbed sirloin slow roasted to medium rare. Served with au jus, horseradish cream sauce, mashed or roasted potato and choice of vegetable

 12oz Angus NY strip steak, cast iron seared to medium rare and finished with red pepper-honey butter. Served with mashed or roasted potatoes and choice of vegetable.

 Slow roasted pork loin topped with crispy walnut crust and bourbon maple cream sauce. Served with mashed or roasted potato and choice of vegetable

Boneless chicken breast stuffed with Italian stuffing and topped with herbed chicken gravy. Served with mashed or roasted potato and choice of vegetable

Pan seared chicken breast topped with artichoke hearts, chopped asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and kalamata olives tossed with fresh basil pesto. Served with rice pilaf or wild rice

Flakey flounder stuffed with fresh lump crab meat stuffing topped with a crispy pink crust and roasted yellow pepper buerre blanc. Served with with risotto cake rosemary finished with béarnaise sauce and choice of vegetable.

 Baked haddock, scallops, and tiger shrimp and topped with a creamy Newburg sauce with baby spinach and roasted red peppers. Served over rice pilaf

All buffets are designed to offer the greatest flexibility in selection and price.  All buffets include fresh baked rolls.  A minimum of 25 guests for dinner buffets will be charged.
