Country Club Stations are suggested for cocktail party style events

 Ensalada Mixta
Build your own salad from a selection of greens, vegetables, cheeses and house made dressings. $5.00/guest

Greens: (choose 1) Baby field greens, baby spinach, red leaf lettuce, or romaine lettuce

Vegetables: (choose 3) Broccoli florets, cherry tomato, cucumbers, red onion, shredded carrots, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, or radishes

Cheeses: (choose 1) Shredded parmesan, shredded cheddar, cubed extra sharp cheddar, crumbled feta, or blue cheese crumbles

House Made Dressings: (choose 2) KCC’s cool green chile ranch, Caesar, honey-balsamic, parmesan-peppercorn, blue cheese, raspberry vinaigrette, creamy Italian, Italian vinaigrette


 Pasta Station
 Build your own pasta dish from a selection of assorted meats, vegetables, sauces, and pastas $14.00/guest

Meats: Grilled chicken, Italian meatballs, Sweet Italian Sausage

Seafood: (add $3.00/guest) Bay scallops & tiger shrimp

Vegetables: Artichoke hearts, diced tomato, mushrooms, red peppers, red onion, spinach, summer squash, sundried tomatoes, & broccoli 

Pastas: (choose 2) linguini, fettuccini, penne, tri colored rotini, farfalle, cappellini, whole wheat penne, gluten free penne, or spinach fettuccini 

Sauces: Classic Italian marinara, Bolognese (red sauce with ground beef, pork, & veal), or Alfredo


Loaded Baked Potato or Mashed Potato Bar:
Choose oven baked potatoes or garlic red bliss mashed potatoes $6.00/guest
