Keene Country Club Function Agreement
Deposit
In order to secure the preferred date for your function,
a deposit of $500 is required. The Club reserves the right to book
any date until a confirmed contract has been signed by
both the Country Club and the customer. Any cancellation after (14)
days of contract signing will result in forfeit of
deposit.
Guarantees
A guaranteed attendance number is needed (14) days prior
to your function. If no guarantee is received by the specified deadline
the initial expected attendance figure will be considered the guarantee
and billed accordingly. The guarantee number is not subject to reduction.
Please bear in mind that last minute changes hamper our goal of serving
your guests properly.
Menu Selections
Banquet menus, room arrangements, menu splits and other
details pertinent to your function need to be made (14) days prior
to the function. If a split entree selection has been chosen, the price of
the more expensive entree will prevail for
your total guest count. Limitations may apply to selected entrees.
Beverages
All alcoholic beverage sales and service are regulated
by the State Liquor Commission, and that Keene Country Club, as a
licensee, is responsible for the administration of these
regulations. As a matter of policy, no liquor, wine or beer of any kind
may be brought into the club from outside sources, and
all dispensing of beverages must be done by employees of the Keene
Country Club. The Keene Country Club reserves the right not to serve
liquor to any guest at any time.
Prices and Payment
All menu selections are subject to an 8% New Hampshire
Meals Tax and a 20% Service Charge. All
prices are subject to change without notice. Payment of the balance in the
form of cash, check, credit card or member
charge is due prior to the service of the event.
Room Fee
The facility is made available to guests at a specified
time of five hours. (Active members receive a discounted rate) Additional
time is granted at the rate of $100 per hour if available.
The Keene Country Club provides the finest banquet
facility to its customers. Our professional staff is dedicated to
providing delicious food and first class services. Thank you very much for

The following form may be printed and signed and
returned with your deposit. You may submit this form electronically to
request a date but it is understood that no reservation will be made until
a signed original contract and deposit is received. Any changes to
this agreement must be made in writing and signed by the customer and a
Keene Country Club representative.
