“From the 1st time we met Sheana and toured the Keene Country Club we knew this was where we wanted to celebrate our wedding! The Keene Country Club is set in a beautiful country setting but has all of the "city" offerings that you'd get in Boston.  Sheana and her staff took off the worrying. If I needed anything or had questions during the planning process Sheana was always available.  She is the perfect wedding planner! On our wedding day we worried about nothing and when we arrived everything was perfect!  There was plenty of amazing food during cocktail hour and dinner was served on time, hot and all our guests ate at the same time. “We visited 5 venue locations before unanimously choosing the Country Club. It had everything on our list and more; beautiful grounds, plenty of parking and a breathtaking ballroom to fit 125 guests, food choices we loved, plus a professional staff with a lot of experience. The last was most important to me personally since I needed guidance as a first timer, and planning a wedding seemed like a daunting task. I couldn't imagine that we could pull everything together to create a memorable wedding reception. Our first meeting with Sheana put us all at ease, and we knew that she had experience and knowledge about event planning. She was friendly and made great suggestions that we felt comfortable with, from linen color choices to menu selections. Without taking charge she gently guided us through the process. We chose several vendors from the KCC preferred vendor list and were pleased with all of them. Four of us were able to visit KCC one evening and taste a sample dinner of each of 3 menu possibilities, from salad to dessert. It was great. Our hostess worked with us and made suggestions. We did not feel rushed or pressured.  The weather was rainy on the big day, but it didn't matter. The KCC was beautifully decorated for the fall wedding as the staff had worked closely with our florist. Walking into the ballroom was breathtaking! Many guests commented on how beautiful, warm and inviting it was. Several months later I still regularly hear this. The staff was helpful, patient and professional. My daughter and her husband loved everything about their wedding reception. It is a happy memory that they can think back on for the rest of their lives, and this is just what I had hoped for.
